Abstract

Through my life story, I would like to highlight the challenges that people face when they are battling cancer and Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). The paper also highlights, through my life experience, steps that can and should be taken on various levels. The paper aims at destigmatising the cancer/NCD patient and promoting positive living amongst cancer/NCD patients.
